This website was advertised to me on Instagram as a closing clear out sale, everything must go. I clicked the site and made a purchase of 11 plants with free shipping totaling $80.20. The site made it seem like everything was selling quickly and had a timer on my cart saying I only had so long to make the purchase before my cart would not be saved. They also say its the "last day of the sale" which has been going on all week. I have been waiting patiently for their quick shipping they told me 24-72 hours it will ship and I have received nothing 5 days later no shipping confirmation only the order confirmation. I have reached out to the email provided twice and no response. I have now looked into the IP address and realized it was only purchased on 12/26/23 along with other sketchy return policy and odd address on the website. I have disputed the charge with the bank, and also noticed they charged me $88.20 along with an international bank fee I was not aware of. So they over charged me and still haven't sent me any plants. Can someone please help me shut this down before others get scammed out of $. Thank you!!!
