I received a text about a balance owed for a WA state toll. I could not figure out when I would’ve incurred it. I started to follow link but it was asking for ALL my personal info. I did a search and a local news king5.com said it was a scam. Good To Go will not text for collections. I immediately stopped and followed thru to report it.
