SCAM *** Pretend to be attorneys to place a lien on your home

This is not legit and is a SCAM. They called from a local number and left a voicemail. They left a phone number to call back that was different. I asked for the information of the company and immediately looked up online to find no law office with this name or address. He actually called about a lien to be filed against my fathers property if he didnt settle for a dollar amount. This is a huge issue and is happening especially to elderly people and people that just dont know how many scams there are. DO NOT EVER RESPOND TO MAIL, CALLS, TEXTS OR EMAILS. When I pressed the issue of the info not being a legit company he just kept repeating himself without any answer as to why his company for the supposed law firm didnt show up online. Hope this helps someone. They have changed their names and address and phone number numerous times from what I can tell.
