The website sells perfume, and I was purchasing perfume for a holiday present. After making my purchase, I received shipping and tracking information. It was clear after the purchase that the order was being shipped from overseas and was unlikely to make it in time for the holidays. I made a few attempts to follow up with the order via email, but my responses were clearly automated and did not address my questions. After nearly a month, I was able to see that my purchase was delivered to California, and I live in Pennsylvania. When I emailed about this issue, I was told that my purchase would be resent. It's now February 23rd, and I still have not received my purchase.

I ordered a product from this company a month ago. No order updates. Nothing..I finally emailed the company and they replied assuring I'll get my order. Since then, they keep trying to charge me again for a subscription and I made sure the method I used to pay for this item had no money on it after I didn't receive any order updates or my product I paid for. They've tried to charge my 3 different times now and still no order update.

I ordered Goda perfume, 2 bottles on January 8, 2026 (off a facebook ad). The total they took from my debit card was $34.00. I have emailed them 4 times now. I only received one reply on January 13, 2026. They stated that it could take 2 business days to ship (it had already been 3). Then they stated that they had bumped my order up in the queue. That is the last I heard. I have emailed them several times since then and haven't heard anything. There is still no update on my perfume, and I have not received it.

This company is a scam company. I purchased an item previously and did not receive it. Then yesterday my card was charged for a second time. I repeatedly requested for the order to cancel as I did not authorize it, however, the company claims that I signed up for a subscription, of which I did NOT, and refuses to refund my money or cancel the order. I have reported this fraud to my bank. Numerous people have had the same experience with this company. It is not legal to charge someone's card without their permission, and also refuse to refund their money.
