Ordered from website 12/12/25, received shipping email on 01/05/26 with tracking info that was not traceable, emailed support, 01/22/26 email answered with explanation that it was lost in transit and new order was being processed, 02/05/26 email notification that it had shipped with tracking number that didn't work. Contact support via email asking to just cancel, support states that since it shipped on 01/05/26 they could not refund. 01/05/26 was the first shipment that was lost in transit.

I purchased a buy one get one free GODA perfume from an add on Facebook. $36.95 paid through Pay Pal. Product never received. Sent multiple complaints to the GODA support email, was told to be patient they were working on getting my product to me. I was told it would arrive 8/3 and it is now 8/13 and no product received. They no longer are responding to my email and my credit card was charged$36.95
