This was a read the bible in a year ad that I purchased about 3 weeks ago, today I noticed they were debiting my account $39.99 for a subscription service that I never signed up for. When I ordered the bible material it automatically added another item to the purchase that I didn't order or inquire about, I disregarded the additional item. When I spoke to the person of India decent she was only willing to give me 50% refund, I advised I was calling my bank and disputing the charges and reporting to BBB, she then refunded the full 39.99 stating it would take 7-10 business days. I was able to see the pending refund while on the phone with the lady!!!
