They keep sending a product I did not order and with no return address to send it back. I've contacted my credit card company to block them but from what I have read from other people that they use a different name to try and collect more money. My credit card people told me to keep an eye out on my billing and if they try and use a different name to contact them and further action will take place. So my question is how do you return to sender something you never ordered in the first place and what do with the product?
