Ordered this product as advertised for kidney care as I have CKD. I ordered the offer on line for $39.95 which gave me 3 bottles. The next day, my account was charged $239.00. I called company immediately and they said I had ordered the 6 bottle offer which I did not. They then only agreed to refund me half of my money. But, the companies policy for this product was 60 days no questions asked return policy which i told the representative I would be returning the product as i didnt appreciate being scammed. Also, ny nephrologist told me not to use the product . This order was received on Jan 3rd leaving me plenty of time to return. Today, they refused to refund my money stating that i agreed to getting 50% back. I told rep that i am entitled to my no questions asked refund regardless if what i paid. They refuse to a acknowledge my request.

This company has very poor customer service and now I'm stuck with 6 bottles that i can't use. Please advise.
