Online Retailer Scam

I ordered 20 sets of clothing from there website and never arrived. The tracking # they gave me shows as delivered and it never came, i reach them over email and i asked for proved of delivered and this is what they send me as reply " Thank you for contacting and supporting us.
We're truly sorry you didn't receive the package again. We've taken this issue seriously and asked the courier to look into it thoroughly. We've filed a claim, but they refused full compensation as the system showed it as delivered. However, we've persistently pushed for a higher compensation percentage and secured you a 70% refund. Is this acceptable? We also suffered losses due to the low product prices, so we'd appreciate your understanding of our situation. Once again, I apologize and await your reply. "
Then they reschedule another shipment and for the 2nd time it didn't arrived, I have provide them with videos of my ring camara to assure them that it never came. " No response after that "

Online Retailer Scam

I saw a GLOWYFAVE.com ad on social media. I ordered $200 worth of women's clothing from the website and paid via debit card. I received a confirmation email and courier tracking from Track718. Tracking seemed legitimate as the package was said to have come from China, to the USA, to my state, then neighborhood. However, on the delivery date, there was NO delivery. I checked my camera to be sure and nothing ever came. After revisiting the website and associated emails, tracking and trying to obtain contact numbers, I realized this was a scam. GLOWYFAVE Glowyfave.com is a scam. Do not order from this site.
