Product was a flat piece of wood with painted flag and eagle, a piece of garbage! Not what was depicted on the ad!

- Louisville, KY, USA

From Glosrity I ordered a Glosrity Brave Wings Wreath. When the item was received it was totally different from the picture on the website. The one received was made of metal and the one on the website said it would be made of boxwood. Entirely nothing like what was pictured. I was so angry at myself for being taking advantage of. The reviews on the wreath were so fake. They said some of the money was going to veterans. Do not buy this wreath! I do not want someone else to be scammed as I was. I requested a refund from [email protected]. After several attempts I finally received an answer. They told me I would have to send it back to China and it would cost $50 to $80 or I could accept a refund of $8. The total sum of the item (which was supposed to be on sale) was $29.99 plus $9.99 for shipping for a total of $39.98. I am so humiliated! Please think before ordering from Glosrity! Do not do it!!
