When searching to apply for Global Entry, the first thing that pops up is this website. I wasn't paying enough attention, and it looked legitimate. I filled out their forms providing all my personal details, including passport and drivers license information. Then paid for 149 service fee plus 100 fee for the global entry application. It wasn't until after I paid that I realized this was not a government website. Now I am freaking out that I've given my info to who-knows-who. Don't make the same mistake I did

The scammer website is positioned right next to the government's cbp website such that you think are you entering a government website when in fact you are not. No phone number is included to contact scammer. They asked all the important personal information required for the global entry application.

They "process" TSA Pre-Check applications for a fee. The fee and service is literally nothing. They owe the info to TSA.

The company claims it can assist consumers with pre enrollment and scheduling of TSA Pre-Check, when this can be done for free by visiting an official government website. The company targets people to charge money for a free tool the government already provides.

I went online to apply for TSA Pre-check. a government service that provides expedited security screening benefits for flights departing from U.S. Airports. I Googled TSA Pre-Check, and thought I clicked the correct official website, Instead I somehow ended up on: ************************************/ - which is NOT the government website at: ***********************************************************  - I entered all my information and did not realize until later that not only is it not the official page, but I had paid $149 for it, PLUS I received an email from them to go to my local Staples location with my ID documents for an interview and pay another $78. It turns out the government does NOT charge you to apply, there is ONLY a $78 fee for the background check at your interview.
