I bought a ring, they said that I put the wrong information on where to send it. I put the right information in the order. They sent an email that I had to send the correct address… then they said it was too late, the ring had already been shipped! This was all done through Shopify. I just noticed that they (Shopify) are doing it again! An order that I ordered has the same error! I live in MN, the orders are supposedly going to Orlando, Florida.
