Online Retailer Scam

I purchased the Horizon Glamcor Light from their website, which stated I would receive tracking information within 3 to 5 days after shipping. However, I receive nothing. I reached out via email and they informed me that the light was out of stock due to an inventory issue, but would notify me when it shipped. After waiting over a month and a half I followed up multiple times only to receive the same generic response. It’s still not ready to ship and we will let you know. Now three months later, they offered me a different color that was supposedly in stock. while I didn’t love the alternatives I agreed hoping to finally receive my order. They promised it would ship by January 11 but again nothing happened. When I followed up yet again, I was told it was taking longer than expected. This experience has been beyond frustrating, glam course’s lack of transparency, repeated delays and fail you to fulfill. Basic promises are completely unacceptable. Their customer service is unresponsive and unreliable and the company appears to have serious inventory management issues. I strongly advise against purchasing from Glamcor . In my experience they failed to deliver on their commitments and you’ll be left disappointed and without the product you paid for
