Purchased my wedding dress through Giseabel.com yet never received any merchandise whatsoever. They issued an invalid tracking number. The company website has conflicting information, after doing more research, on where & how to discover the whereabouts of your purchases. Once you discover the parcelsapp.com website it gives out fraudulent information. What an absolute scam. No wedding dress, delayed my wedding by three months

Ordered on line. Received an email and confirmation that the order was received. Email included confirmation number and tracking number. When checking tracking said it was delivered but never received package. Emailed the contact information they provided in email and website and after hitting send it notified me that the email address was not a valid email address. So there is no way to contact them.
