On February 13, I saw an ad on Facebook With that companies name Girluxe. Offering jumpsuits for four dollars each I placed an order and since then nothing has come each time I reach out to them to ask them about my order with the order number stating that patient is on the way it is now going into me no response after my last text Don’t waste money. These people are definitely a scam.

I saw an advertisement on TikTok for this company, Girluxe. They advertised jumpsuits for a cheap price. I ordered the same jumpsuit previously in a different color, but it was from a different company. Therefore, there were no red flags. I trusted TikTok. So, I placed my order and was provided with tracking info a day or so later. I checked the tracking multiple days, and my order appeared to be stuck in China and there was no movement. So, I reached out several times to inquire about my order. I always got a timely response, but I began to get the run around. They even told me that the jumpsuits were reshipped and to wait an additional two weeks. I ended up asking for a refund and they told me they couldn’t cancel my order since it had already been shipped. I have gone round and round with them. And I also noticed the name was changed to 411 Glam and I started receiving emails from [email protected]. Girluxe and 411 Glam are both fraudulent companies owned by the same individuals.

Selling clothes to scam people. I contacted them they still havent done nothing. They changed their website from girluxe.com to mallafashion.com

Ordered off TikTok on Feb 1. Received tracking number. Was "delivered" to a different location 3 hours away I NEVER asked for it to be delivered to or even know. Emailed company over 20 times, each time receiving a response from them stating it was delivered- it wasn't. Told finally after 10 times they would redeliver. Despite multiple attempts on my part to get the new tracking number - because I obviously don't believe them. Was told to wait 8-14 business days. I did, no package. Contacted again and was told the same thing- wait 8-14 days. Customer service is absolute garbage. Ironically when I came on here to report I noticed someone say the got a little gold earring hook. Now I know who sent me that- they're scamming people and sending a little earring hook so it looks like something was delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM. NEEDS SHUT DOWN

I saw an add for clothing on TikTok shop. I purchased and received tracking info. When it arrived it was just a single earring back in a small envelope rather than a jumpsuit as I had ordered. Now that it’s been over a month or so I’m seeing others have posted the same thing happened to them and the website Girluxe.com now brings you to a different site.

My friend and I bought the “Flare Scrunch Jumpsuit” from Girluxe (now “411 glam”) late January. As weeks past we began trying to contact them for support and realized they didn’t even have a phone number. The initial email I contacted was [email protected]. As time went further their story wasn’t lining up because they said originally it was delayed in transit, then as I kept nagging they said it was lost in transit which is unlikely because my friends too never arrived. I was getting frustrated especially since I had pushed my friend to buy the product and they were giving me nothing but automated messages. The entire time we tracked it it never left the shipping spot. On February 14, I got an extremely weird package in the mail from an address 20 Maypress Road Suite 313

Cranbury NJ 08512, under the name CJ. In the package was nothing but the back hook of an earring I never ordered from anywhere of course. I was scared but just threw it out however TODAY, my friend received the same package. We looked up the address and other reviews claimed they were sent the same disturbing package. This business is nothing but an entire scam and their ads continue on TikTok. It’s ridiculous

Purchased from them and then realized a lot of people weren’t getting their orders or were receiving something completely different. I asked for a refund and they said they don’t give refunds although their website doesn’t say “all sales final.” I reached out to them by email and the email seemed automated. They didn’t answer any of my questions I asked. Very sketchy. Luckily I ordered through a secure app called Shop Pay and not their actual website so I’m hoping Shop Pay will give me my refund.

I kept seeing an ad on TikTok that was advertising workout jumpsuits and I fell for the scam because it was on TikTok I didn’t know they allowed scammers to get away with advertising on the app. After I placed my order I didn’t receive shipping info so I thought that was strange so I tried to look up reviews and I realized I had gotten scammed like the thousands of other women. I tried emailing them and all they said was a bunch of nothing. So I know they have no intentions of refunding my money.

It’s a shop with “sales” going on 24/7 advertised via TikTok. You order on the website that claims shipping is 8-12days, when they send an email confirming your order shipment there’s no way to track the order. You reach out regarding the tracking issue through their email and the continuously tell you to be patient your order will be delivered. Then after 25 days when you still never receive anything they claim they don’t to refunds when their website does have a refund/return policy listed so they finally agree to fwd your email to their refund department( there isnt another email address) and then they still never return your money. After a month waiting for jumpsuits, clothes, or bags etc. you receive a small package in the mail that doesn’t have their name on it with a singular earring hook.

I ordered a hoodie blanket and it’s been a month since ordering the item. Spoke to a Rachel Peake “head of customer service “ and she told me how they would look into it and see if they can get it expressed shipped out and then heard nothing from them once I emailed them asking for a refund they said they wouldn’t give me one that I still need to wait for my package and as of this day February 22,2024 I haven’t gotten anything still

Ordered a jumpsuit from this company with expedited insured shipping and have never received anything except the hook of an earring. I never received any tracking information except a number that never worked, and customer service was horrible just automated stuff.

I saw an advertisement on tiktok for this company, Girluxe, selling a viral jumpsuit for a great price. I unfortunately fell for the scam. After 24 hours, they sent me a tracking number. I continuously checked the tracking, and it showed no data was available for that number. So, I reached out multiple times trying to get more information about where my package was, and never received anything but automated messages. Yesterday, February 11, 2024, I received a tiny package from this company and it contained a gold earring hook and not the jumpsuit I originally ordered. I have also seen multiple other complaints where this company has done the same exact thing to everyone else who has ordered from them.
