I thought i was buying 2 different sets of self defense items that came with a purse and a tote bag. They would email me back occasionally and then the number wouldnt even ring. Its aus shipped but never had any tracking info. They wont respond or anything now. I told them i wanted my products or i wanted a refund. Still no response

women security defense products with items to make it a little fancy plus a suit case. Well products were cheap and plastic as they'll break. Tazer not even sure if will do a damn thing or pepper spray! Tracker not sure if even truly works rights keeps glitching. Key knife is terrible waist my suit case was missing a tire and one tire off. Was a complete ripp off. Then I tried calling three times message box full. I emailed ten times on different days. Never got a response back at all. On their website it says 24/7 someone is available. Nope you can't reach a sole ever ever ever ever never never ever never ever!!!!! It say we will do what ever it takes to make you happy! Haa haa thats a joke! It does says no refunds ok i said then work with me. I'm not trying to be a pain. Still no answer so is there an injustice that she or her if any employees can't address me in some fashion because this is wrong the product she's advertising and for the cost should be quality not plastic plastic is not gonna save my life and for $80.00 I spent good money not $35 but $80. There's a difference you get better stuff on tiktok for less. Also it said take a picture and send email. Did that too! Also the maling label is from says Jane 371 little falls rd ste 4 Ceder Grove NJ 07009 with fear of not getting anything back. I thought of mailing everything back. But one she probably won't credit my credit my card! Or two work with me to satisfaction!
