I feel for this scam via a Facebook ad. I placed an order for 2 pair of what I thought were JudyBlue jeans. It took over a month to receive the order. Once I got the ordered the product they were counterfeit. Jeans…leggings really not jeans. I initiated a return…but upon my further investigation the recipient’s name is: Jessica Recipient's which is an actual person set up to receive donations for tissue. The company listed to send the return to is: is: rimei. Which is a medical device company. I have not returned the items as this all seems like a giant scam. And I have a feeling they will say there is no such place and refuse delivery and then I would be out shipping costs too. So at this point I’m out about $80 and have 2 pairs of pants that are worthless. I just want my money refunded.

This website/company steals video and photos from other legitimate boutiques advertising Judy Blue brand jeans, but what I got is not what I ordered. The jeans had no label or size tag, looked like they were home made. When I emailed asking for a return shipping label, they asked why, I told them the jeans are not what I ordered and they said the jeans are made by the same manufacturer. There is no way. They then offered to give me some of the money back if I wanted to keep them. I said no, I just want a refund minus the cost of shipping if that has to be how it goes. They then offered something else instead of the refund. I told them this is horrible customer service and I’ve been very clear I just want the refund. The biggest problem to me is false advertising. The product they send is not what you order. I took photos and video of what I got and a screen shot of the advertising photo they used. I don’t know what country they are in, but their emails had issues with correct English.

I ordered a pair of jeans from an online boutique, or so I thought. The product delivered did not match the item pictured on the website, not even close. as a matter of fact I believe these pictures to be taken from other women's boutique sites as I have seen them before. The garment delivered had no tags at all except a textile content tag and care instructions. This was a bait and switch. I reached out to the company on their website only to be given the run around. They made several offers of a reduced refund ($9 and later $15) to keep garment and settle. I indicated I wanted a full refund/return as this was a bait and switch. Latest email contacts indicates that since I did not purchase a shipping label upon purchase of garment i will need to have that amount taken from my refund, I specifically asked for the return instructions, how the label will be sent and how I will receive my refund. I used PayPal. They should be made away that they are doing business with a scam company. As of this filing I have not heard back.

I fell for this deceitful company and do not want others to be a victim. I believe I am getting the run around in hopes that the time frame surpasses a specific amount of time to return or just in hopes that I go away. I know that it was only $46.98 but it is the principle.
