Type of a scam Online Purchase

They advertise the product as a specific brand known to many boutiques in the United States with targets to include tummy control. The product arrived not the brand associated with it and there was no kind of tummy control whatsoever. I contacted the company through email according to their return policy, and they simply offered me a 30% discount on future purchases with them. I explained to them that was not sufficient and per their return policy I was allowed to return the items within 14 days. For 3 days in a row. I have received emails offering me a percent-off future purchases and encouraging me not to return the product because it would be too expensive, to donate the product to local charities, or try to sell it online. Am entitled to get my refund. They are trying to stall and use tactics to keep me from obeying their return policy until time expires where I can no longer do this. Not once have they offered to return my money, they are trying to convince me to keep the merchandise and for them to keep my money. The merchandise is not what was sold online! I also mentioned to them that the items were too small, they again told me to donate the items and to use their 30% off future purchases to purchase the correct item size. This is not what I want. I want my money back because I can tell that this is a deceitful company that is using all kinds of tactics to keep me from returning the merchandise and receiving my money back. I am following their return policy and they are not!
