July 12, 2026 I ordered a cutting of a plant from Get seeds right here. Email arrived with order number and total to be paid, I made payment and was told it would be sent out the following day and I would receive a tracking number. On July 22 I sent an email asking what the situation was as I still had not received a tracking number, the response I got was from an AI named Claude and said I was in the queue and would get a tracking number when order shipped. I sent another email on August 5 telling them I was not happy and want a refund which I know I will not receive as I started looking into reviews of the company and seen complaint after complaint of all the same issue failure to deliver as promised. I decided this issue needs to be addressed and decided to file a complaint against them with the BBB.
