I originally order from NUVIE some Korean face masks - the order was placed 1/2/26 and was to receive products within 10 days. Never received and contacted them and they said it should be coming. Not only have I not received the product that already charged my credit card, they charged my credit card AGAIN 1/30/26 (like a subscription) that I NEVER set up.

I have already contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges and will have them blocked. When doing my own investigation on Reddit - how ironic there are several people stating the exact same scam and no one EVER has received a refund or products.

In addition, I responded to the email I received on my new order from today 1/30/26 and how interesting... the email came back undeliverable.

this should be investigated - not a legit company
