Purchased item online after seeing ad on FB. Store was also attached to shop and Shopify apps so seemed legit. Purchased and after 3 weeks of no receipt emailed - they were good about answering and following up for about a month - then stopped. Shop app originally had store info as well as way to request refund. When went to that today, saw store is showing that it no longer is there/exists.

Instagram ad. Purchased multiple items. Got tracking number that led to a fake website. Reached out to support and got reassurance. Never heard back afterwards.

They offered a great price on children's handheld explorer microscopes and accessories. I ordered but received nothing.
