I ordered a ring from gentlebands.com and after weeks, I received a ring that looks NOTHING like the one I ordered. I contacted CS numerous times. They would not let me return the ring but offered a replacement. Since I did not want another ring in that style (as it was nothing like pictured), I asked for a different replacement. After a few days, they emailed me back, verifying that a replacement ring would be sent to me. They never sent another ring and the one I am left with looks like something you'd get from a gumball machine that I paid $190 for!
