lam requesting a FULL refund from the business. There have been multiple attempts to get a hold of someone for a refund and nothing has happened. I was even ghosted by the owner of the company lara Mackey. She saw my message and never replied. I also did not receive an email from the email address provided. The influencer also has their comments turned off on the company's Instagram account and has been deleting comments from people calling her out for fraud. They keep giving everyone the same answer that anyone who ordered in January would be receiving their order, but it's been 4 weeks and no one has received their product. Me included.

Tara did bring inventory to our warehouse yesterday, but this was the first inventory dropoff since December of 2023. When we typically receive additional inventory from Genetix, there is a backlog of orders going back to April of 2023 that we attempt to catchup on as much as possible with the limited inventory we receive. Again, to be as clear as we can possibly be, we are not Genetix. We only handle the fulfillment of orders when they provide enough inventory for us to do so.
The limited inventory Tara brought has already been fulfilled for orders ahead of yours in the queue. When Tara brings more inventory at a later date that she determines, we may have enough to send your order."
I have sent several emails, messages on their Instagram company account, have sent comments for a refund to no avail.
