Worst product and customer service. A bag I ordered listed as "large women's tote bag", arrived and is no bigger than a lunch box. In order for a refund you must ship to their return facility in China for around $30-$35 USD and that is not refunded back to you. After discussing with customer service about their false advertisement of the size of the item they offered a total of $10 USD toward the return shipping and once received and evaluated they can process the item for a refund. The customer service agent did confirm I received the bag I ordered and that is the size. The bag is advertised and a laptop holding bag with room for all women's work needs like drink and papers and such. the bag is so small. Unless shipped all the way to China on your own dollar there is no refund. I also hesitate to spend more money to return and not get any return funds back. I also do not want to spend the price of the item to return it. It cost wise makes no sense and insures you must keep your item.
