Please do not purchase anything from gearupzone for automobile manuals. I purchase a manual for a Audi Q7 on 3-9-2026 from Gearupzone.com and never received it. On 3-10-26 the company sent me an e-mail that it was being delivered. On 3-18-2026 I received another e-mail from the company that the order is not moving, and they are looking into it. The company also indicated to me that in 2-3 days they will place another re-order for shipment. I e-mail the company on 3-22-2026 and informed customer service no one has gotten back to me on my order. I emailed the company again on 4-3-2026 and informed them I will be filing a complaint with the ScamPulse.com and going to my bank to reverse the charges to have my money back. This company should not be allowed to be on the internet selling products to people. The website should be shut down and the company to be investigated. I cannot retrieve an address or a location for this company.
