I ordered a swimsuit and a "sweater." The swimsuit never arrived. The "sweater" was a piece of cheap polyester with a screen print on it. When I called to complain, I got a busy signal EVERY TIME. When I emailed to complain, they sent a canned reply with a tracking number that did not work. When I sent the "sweater" back to Watertown, South Dakota, the address on the website, they refused the shipment and sent the piece of cheap polyester back to me. Their products are substandard. "Sweaters" are cheap pieces of polyester - not knitted material. They don't answer the phone, respond to emails, or accept returns. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I preferred a sweatshirt from Gearhumans that was of poor quality. There was a shipping address on their website for returns. UPS said they could not find that address in their system. There is no contact phone number on the website. Emails to gearhumans either bounce, or responses are cryptic and not helpful. I still after 2 weeks of trying do not have a return address or phone number
