I purchased shoes twice. The second time was by accident because the company was hiding under a different company’s website. They would not accept an exchange. The shoes were way too big, even though the size chart matched what I needed. I ordered another pair that were then way too small. My son really wanted them. It was the exact same order and the shoes were completely different! The replacements were like the free shoes you get at a nail salon.

Gear Frost is a total waste! This business is pure fiction and not a trustworthy group.

If you come here expecting to find a bargain, look somewhere else. What seems like a steal is true. However, they will be stealing from you, sending you a worthless piece of s..t for your money.

Sorry amigos, this ain't the place to shop, these banditos are no good.

BEWARE! This company may as well carry a weapon because their goal is to rob you of your money. Their products are not as advertised, they have deceptive marketing, they lack costumer service and the return policy is non-existent. Before you send them any money research the other critiques and reviews of this company, for your own benefit, so you don't waste your money!

This company is NOT, I repeat NOT endorsed by the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a quilt from Gearfrost. The quality is very poor, the colours are not as shown in the images online. I wish I had read that they do not accept returns. This item is ugly. I'm so disappointed- and it doesn't sound like it is worth my time to try to return it. I guess I'm left with no option but to sell it on Craigslist, and then do my best to spread the word about my experience with Gearfrost. Buyer: beware any company that does not offer a customer satisfaction guarantee- they don't stand by their product because they know it is sub-par and they deal with loads of unsatisfied customers.

Awful product. Bought a sun shade that came with suction cups to adhere to the windshield. After 3 days the sunshade slips right off the suction cups and falls to the floor. When I emailed the company, they told me that their sun shade doesn't come with suction cups! I double checked the pick on their site and sure enough there are no suction cups. Unfortunately, the one I received (from Gearfrost) has suction cups that do not work and the shade is so cheaply made that it cannot stay in place with car visors, it just falls to the floor. THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS PRODUCT, AS WELL AS THE PICTURE, DOES NOT MATCH THE PRODUCT THAT THEY SENT ME.

Website sells cheaply made products at ridiculously high prices. All the reviews on the site are 5/5 stars, but there is nowhere to add your own review. I was dumb enough to pay $89 for a twin size duvet cover. I received it 3-1/2 weeks later from a China address. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the product for the money paid so I requested a return. "Mike" replied that "since all orders are made to order and cannot be sold again, we can not offer return for refund." They were not willing to work with me at all. They didn't offer a possible exchange, store credit or a partial refund.

We are sorry if this customer is not happy with the quality but unfortunately, since the title, description, quality and materials of the product were clearly stated in the product details by our policy we can't offer refund for this case. Thank you.
