Avoid this company, They are NOT legit!
The transaction cleared my account on a Thursday afternoon. I followed up on the following Monday to inquire about shipping information and tracking as I was originally told it would be shipping out the following week of the funds being received. This is when all communications STOPPED. No returned texts, no return calls, no return emails. On Wednesday of this same week I learned that my calls weren’t just being ignored but my number had been blocked. So….now I’m out $1800 (which is not “small change” for me), have no transmission for my son’s truck and am not getting any updates or help from said company. I even tried sending an email to the MAIN email address listed on their website and it was rejected saying “undeliverable/ this address does not exist”. Additionally, there is another phone number listed on their website (supposedly in a different state, Missouri) that I now know doesn’t work either (314)-254-8335.
I’ve had other people (husband, mechanic, mechanics employees) call on my behalf from different numbers. Their calls were initially taken and they spoke to “Gigi” and “John” just as I did. BUT when these people associated with me called back a 2nd time their calls were also ignored/blocked.
Bottom line, if “they” did this to me, I’m sure they have done it to others and WILL CONTINUE to do so until caught, charged and PUNISHED for fraud.
I contacted the FBI Fraud division and filed an official complaint IC3 form detailing it all. I know I will likely not get my money back but if this can help someone else not get taken advantage of then I’ll have some peace about it.

I placed the order and charged the transmission on Amex . They provided documentation of the transmission that it had 65,000 miles on it and was guaranteed for five years. They sent me an invoice after I paid it and then I never heard from them again they didn’t respond to any phone calls or text messages except saying they would get back to me and after a few texts back-and-forth the representative and the companies did not answer the phone any longer. I reported this to the attorney general office in New Hampshire and they sent me a letter dated December 5 saying that upon the review it appears that the website is fraudulent and likely exists solely for the purpose of defrauding consumers. They suggested I contact Better Business Bureau in this regard. I have copies of all texts received and sent to the “salesman” Zax Brown.Amex has credited our card pending further investigation
