Ordered a hooded sweatshirt on November 15,2023 and the payment cleared my account on November 17,2023. As of today, the hoodie hasn’t been received and no refund has been issued. There’s no phone number to contact. All messages I left on Instagram and emails I have sent have not been responded to from the company. Their Facebook page is full of the same scenario as mine.

I am unable to find location information for the company, Gateway Luxury.

Ordered a Skully Sweatshirt for granddaughter for Christmas. Was told due to high demands the order would be delayed. Received an email 1/24/24 that the order was cancelled and that payment has been refunded. NOT TRUE. There has been NO refund received. There is no way to contact the company, other than replying to the previously mentioned email. I have sent numerous emails telling them that the refund has not been received. This company is no longer acknowledging receipt of any correspondence. This company has NOT issued a refund and has not shipped a hoodie sweatshirt. SCAM!!!!

The company also seems to use Facebook and Shopify. I simply want my refund as promised.

I ordered a sweat suit through their website. I paid through AFFIRM and I have not received any communication. If you look on their facebook page, instagram, and tiktok many people are trying to get their merchandise and all have the same complaint. They have no phone number to call, just the email.

A link to this "company" was provided by our granddaughter for a Hoodie Sweatshirt. The order never arrived. Went back on the website, and the item was listed as "Out of stock." Submitted form (from "Contact Us" dropdown) asking for status and to contact us. No Response. The site has no Phone number or mailing address.
Emailed them on 12/22 asking for a refund. No response.

To purchase you have to download Shopify but after initial purchase, Shopify only links gateway luxury as point of contact. Policy states 1-2 till ships out w/out tracking #. It’s been a month w/out any email or sweatshirt
