This company claims to have a unique fashion aesthetic. The have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once order is placed they don’t give you a tracking or confirmation number. When you reach out to customer service they claim to send you a link to DSL. When they “resend” the link it’s a different shipping company. It seems strange that they would use two different shipping methods. The shipping email has no link and when you enter the tracking number. No such number exists. On their website, the package says “stuck in customs” I’ve included a picture of one of the shipping carrier email. Of note I was sent one from fed ex one from DHL. DID NOT LINK TO ACTUAL LEGIT SITE.

Purchase the product on garlani.com, never received my package, the tracking no. they provided didn't work, couldn't track at all, called few times based on the phone number appeared on their website, never got answered, it was an empty number. Emailed the customer service, they emailed back several times asking me to wait more time, but when I requested for a refund, they disappeared. I replaced the order at the end of October 2021, it's end of November 2021 now, still nothing showed up and received.
