I purchased a “smart watch” from Gard pro. It was cheaper that most other watches but seemed to be decent quality. I made the purchase and it took significantly longer to arrive than originally stated. Once I did receive the product I wore it less than 48 hrs and the screen began to show issues underneath the glass and the heart rate monitor was inaccurate. I have now called probably 10+ times since Monday because they have a “14 day return policy.” I have left a voicemail every time at their stated “hours” of availability. Emailed multiple times but my email shows that their email is not receiving emails.
