I Google garage door repair near me . I called Reliable Garage Door Repair about 2 miles away from me and they were open at 7am they said they could be out there between 9 and 11 am ok. The installer showed up on time and told me what he would do to replace both springs and cables. Then he told me the cost of doing that would be $1060. I said your crazy I'm not paying that I could get this done for $349. but the other company can't get here for two more days. He didn't believe me I also told him both my neighbors got there's done around $400. then he tried to justify what he charging me he gets $275.00 Labor I told him again you're crazy and I'm not paying that. We discuss the price and comes up with a price of $570.00. and I asked does that included labor yes. I asked do you have the parts he said yes so I said ok but it was still too much. The installer gets it done it takes him two hours it should only take an hour tops. Then he told me the price for doing the job is now $845.00 I asked him what happened to the $570.00.He says $570. plus $275 labor . I told no way I was paying that you told me $570. that included labor, and he denied him saying that .I told him to call his boss and spoke to Gal I think was a guy he said that the price I agreed on and I said $570. I agreed on and that's too much and I could have gotten this done for $349.00. He hung up and the installer said he do it for the $570. I pay him with a credit card he leaves I try the door a couple a times and make a lot of noise that it didn't do before then the door stops about a foot from the ground and goes back up . I call Reliable Garage Door to get the installer back. they tell me that he will come back I wait an hour no show so I go down to the business address which is about 2 miles away from me. I drove past the address 7450 Sawyer Cir P.C. because I didn't see the business name I pulled to the business at 7450 Sawyer Cir. and it was a Cabinet shop. It is called Advance Cabinety systems. I spoke to the owner I told her I was looking for Reliable garage door and she said you're not the first there using her building for their website wow. So I went back home and called again and wanted to know a time when the installer would be back. He told me he had to get in touch with the installer and ended the call. I get a text on my phone with an invoice company name Garage and Gates phone number 239-396-3838 no business address. Now we have two different business names strange no address . Now I get a call from Gal the owner but now sounds like a woman telling me the installer will be there between 4 and 6 pm . The installer showed up about 5:30 pm and told me I got to program it yeah right! He did it and left. My garage door seems to be working alright for now. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE RELIABLE GARAGE DOOR REPAIR OR THEIR OTHER NAME GARAGE AND GATES WHO ARE THEY REALLY? Also when I asked Gal for their Business address she or he told me they don't have one there a mobile unit JUST SAYING THEY GOT ME FOR A LITTLE AND HOPE THIS HELPS YOU!
