I ordered a small purse and 3 pair of sandles on a website called www.galsembos.com. after a month the tracking finally said delivered, so went to the door nothing was there. I emailed customer service and asked them to contact the company that delivered or send a picture of them delivering the item. They informed me they were unsure of the company used and asked if I would be ok with reshipment so I agreed to reshipment. 2 weeks later the same exact thing. They say nothing can be done, nor can I get a refund, so no refund no product. Just got scammed.

I purchased two different orders one for 24 dollars and another one for 41 dollars I never got my order and they tell me to contact my carrier and the tracking number doesn’t exist in one of the carriers fed ex post office Amazon UPS this is sad that it’s people like this I purchased it on the 8 of April here it is may the 12 still no merchandise or my money back

I ordered 80 something dollars worth of items and I never got my merchandise it kept saying it was delivered on a Sunday which was may the 11th and I ordered it April 9th they kept sending emails as if the order was coming and had to go through customs it also said that it was sent to the addressee’s but it just my zip code no address

Linked through Instagram, the “company” posed as galsembos website selling items which an actual website that sells none of the items I purchased. Once the order was placed I receive email confirming my order and that the shipping would take 5-7 days and yet I never received anything. The number listed on the bank charge (938) 888-8145 does not even ring when you try to call and there is no information on the internet other more people getting scammed by this “company”.
