Online retailer scam

I purchased two fans from galleryhouseoflights website on May 5th, 2024. After not receiving the fans or any communication from the company I rang at the beginning of June to enquire about my order. I was told their was a production delay and I could expect my fans at the beginning of July. I followed up in mid July as I had not received the fans and had no communication. I was told it would be August when I would receive my fans. I rang in August and was told to expect the fans in September. I asked for a refund and was told that would take 14 days.. After no refund was issued I followed up first with email and then with a phone call where I was told the refund had been issued. I said I had no credit on my credit card, I was then sent a fake transaction record showing a refund I rang my credit card company, they said no refund had been issued, and I was outside of the 90 day window to dispute the charge.
