I placed the order on gacinus.com, the money was taken out of my account. They “shipped” out my product but it was seized by the United States postal service due to counterfeit tracking. The tracking information they provided me with was fraudulent and I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month now. The company contacted me asking if I wanted a refund or for the items to be re sent. I informed them that I wanted a refund. This happened on January 16, I have yet to receive my $159 back and I have be constantly emailing them at [email protected] asking where my money is.
