Type of a scam Online Purchase
On November 6 I was issued with a tracking # and by November 17 I attempted to track my purchased item via the # provided and the courier "DPD" and immediately received the message that this tracking # was not accepted or legitimate based on the courier, now after reading multiple negative reviews I feel like I am out of pocket to the value of $95 and tonight reached out to my bank and MasterCard to dispute this transaction and fee in the hopes that I can still receive some if not all of my financial cost
which I truly hope for, if I had seen the reviews sooner I would never have ordered from this company, their "policy" if it has at all valid states that the item is usually delivered within 14 days so with that being stated, the item was "shipped" on November 6 2024 and therefore should be delivered on or by Wednesday November 20 2024.
Please please please be advised, do not purchase from this company!!!
