Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company advertises on Facebook and has cheated countless people out of their money by supposedly selling dog beds. They never send the beds and will not respond to e-mails or messages. They have multiple pages on FB. Just read their negative reviews and you’ll see what I mean. I’ve filed a claim with PayPal but still no response to me or them. They need to be investigated and shut down.

This product was described as an anti anxiety bed for dogs. The item that I finally received, after MONTHS, was nothing like what was pictured. It’s cheap and has zero padding for an older dog. It was supposed to be an XXL for a husky, this bed would fit maybe a small dog. Customer service is ****, won’t respond, cancel or refund you. Total ripoff! DO NOT BUY!!

I was charged for a product that I ordered on FurryBed.co which I never received. I had made multiple attempts to reach contact support via email at [email protected] but have received no reply. There is no address listed for the company that I could find. Nothing on their website indicates where they are located except for the phone number (732) 328-9327?. The area code is New Jersey.

When I attempted to call the number on their website it only goes to voicemail with an option to leave a message. Never an option to speak with a person. Obviously it was designed this way to make it difficult for the consumer.
