I made an in store purchase at this location inside the Greensboro Mall October 6. Jordan the sales associate said it would be 1450. I asked him if they had a financing option as advertised. It was as if he wanted me to pay upfront. So I applied for financing and I put down 50 something dollars. I purchased on Oct 6 and I set up delivery for October 30th. My furniture never came. I also don’t even live in Greensboro so that was like a 45 mintier drive just to get there. I called and the delivery people said I was not on the list for delivery. I called the main store and I was told they didn’t have the item but the owner Moe was trying to pressure me into getting another item or a different color. They were sending me personal text messages of different bed options. I said no I want what I paid for. He said the item will be available in 2 weeks. Still no item. I get a call from Acima the financing company saying that they would start drafting my payments bc the furniture store said my items were delivered. That was a lie. So they sold me a bed they did not have, the owner tried to pressure me into another item that resembled it and they lied and said I did receive my furniture. I’m in the process of cancelling with the financing company. Furniture World is a scam and they practice bad business. They also have pieces in there that don’t even go with the set but I am very upset. But the final straw was them

Lying and claiming my furniture was delivered. I have no bed to sleep on because my bed was never delivered. I’ve been sleeping on the floor because of them.
