Type of a scam Retail Business

Site had overstock and unclaimed overstock they were liquidating from their multiple where house's. I made 3 separate orders. One for 3 wheeled EBike, the second for an adult motorized big wheel and a mini EBike, and lastly ordered a i7 processor gaming desktop.
Had added insurance option to all 3 orders, website stated a strong refund guarantee if items did not arrive or were misrepresented. Order confirmation emails were received as receipts. Around 2 days later tracking number was assigned to a single parcel and was tracked at track17 logistics website. I followed each update making note the parcel passing through U.S. customs and border control, then instructed the parcel would be delivered via U.S. Mail. Followed tracking of parcel leaving customs and border control to arrive in Illinois a few days later. Something had gone wrong because I was having my products shipped to Arizona. A few more days passed and I got confirmation the parcel was in Arizona and made 3 transfers and finally marked as delivered at given address. Nothing arrived and I checked with 4 neighbors and they had not seen nor signed for any delivery on the day in question. I reached out to support of both itsemelf.com and funiskel.com was told they were checking with an 'logistics company's to retrieve the signature confirmation. Then nothing further was confirmed.i demanded my money back per the information given on the website for non delivery. Given the run around from both.com's. I then reached out to my credit card company the had a decision made within a day that I would not be refunded. Their investigation was so fast the scammers must have been using advanced communication tools or merchant bypassing of some calliber to communicate with the fraud department of $cashapp MasterCard and have my claim denied. I was given no instructions from my credit card company to file a grievance regarding their bull[censored] investigation. I lost over $380 . I think the scammers and the credit card company policies are pathetic and hope their genitalia shrinks to match the size of a pencil eraser.

I ordered e bikes off of marketplace on Facebook they were buy one get one free because of "Amazon overstock" so I bought two and paid the extra for delivery insurance! This place kept in contact via email since the beginning of September then said my package was lost so they were resending my items then after they emailed and said the were reissued they stopped responding to any of my emails! Something needs to be done about these people, they are steeling our hard earned money and it's not acceptable!
