Received phone call asking if I can hear them. I said, “Yes…I hear you.” He hung up, immediately after, I said that to him. The phone number came from 209-790-1688. When I called the number back the answering recorder said, it was a Fund Raising Center business.

On May 19, at 5:27 I received a call from this man wanting to know if I would be interested in supporting our troops by making a donation. He stated they had the red, white and blue that i could choose from, with red being $50.00, white $30.00 and blue being $20.00. I told him that I wouldn't mind supporting our troops at all and asked him for his website and license #...he hung up on me...every time I call the # back I get a busy signal or message that if I don't want to donate, hang up
