Jumpsuit Switch

I ordered jumpsuits from the company Fullofexpect-USA. They were advertised as lightweight and stretchy. The jumpsuits I received were shipped by Hou Wenzheng and they were not made from stretchy lightweight fabric. They were made with a velvet material with a slick lining. Totally nothing like I ordered. I need my money back.

I purchased product I saw advertised. Made payment thru paypal. The charge to my paypal was 43.54 my receipt from the company was for $34.83. The webite indicated the product was made or shipped in the USA. I started getting shipping confirmation from Poland. Several emails in fact, stating product was in Warsaw, Poznan and then in customs. I then received email my tracking number changed, when I accessed that information it showed shipping from China first and when I entered to see current data it showed USA and the China information was gone. When I received product it was nothing like advertised. I have been trying to get a refund from the company. The email address sent with the product in invalid. I have been emailing thru paypal. They have offered me $3.00 then $5.00 and the last offer was $7.00. Will upload a copy of the false shipping as well as all the information regarding the shipping.

I need to return my order. I was under the assumption, when I saw the add with stretching, that these were cotton. This is not what these are. Matter of fact there is no stretch to them at all. I would like to return them. There is a return policy so when I contacted them for the refund they offered me $9 USD and are refusing to give me the return address. These overalls (I ordered 2 pair) are not stretchy and badly made. I have since found many that have been scammed by this company.

Ultra comfy, stretchy jump suits that ship from New Jersey. They took months to ship. It said it was shipping from Spain. Then it ended up coming from China. When they arrived they look NOTHING like their pictures. Not soft and stretchy, huge ugly pockets with zippers. They also charged me $12 more than I was supposed to be charged. When I reached out to “customer service” they said I could get a refund but I had to

ship it back myself to China and sense it would be super expensive, how about a $10 refund? Such a scam!! last time I ever click on a link on Facebook.

The item was not as described. It was a cheap replica. I contacted them and their response is attached. They are scamming people . I am still waiting for another response but you can see they offered $7 instead of the 97.04 .

Followed a Facebook ad to the item for sale. The page where the item was purchased did not look like Full of Expect's website - I discovered after the fact. It looked exactly like what appears to be the legitimate website selling this product: Onliai.com.

Sale was for a women's Jumpsuit, 70% off sale.

When the counterfeit product arrived, it was a copy of the article of clothing but in completely different and very cheap fabric, feels like plastic, not as shown in the ad. Emailed to complain and ask for a refund. They responded that they have sent the correct item and after some back and forth, offered to refund $3 USD (Yes, just THREE).

This item was shipped out of the USA, but unsure before that.

2. $ TOTAL CHARGE to PayPal NOT the same as $ Total listed in purchase confirmation email receipt! $ TAX rate charged approximately 20%

3. FRAUDULENT SHELL COMPANY! Full of Expect is one of many shell companies for LANDBASE TRADING CO., LTD otherwise known as ETHHTI CO.,LTD. Furthermore, the PayPal Community Forum is loaded with grievances against ETHHTI CO., LTD.

4. EXPECT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Full of Expect customer service department should be named Full of Disappointment, Headaches, Delays, Problems, and NO REFUNDS.
