I recently saw an ad for a jumpsuit. The jumpsuits BIG selling point is how stretchy and comfortable it is. I ordered the outfit from FULLOFEXPECT and received the jumpsuit weeks later, to see that it’s NOTHING like what was advertised in the video. I reached out to their customer service department and they said they compared my item to what was sent to me and it matches, so they won’t let me return it for a refund!! The item doesn’t fit, is poorly made AND isn’t what was advertised. I googled them and there are tik tok videos stating this company used their review of the jumpsuit from another company to advertise this trash they sent me. Is there anything that can be done at this point? The company’s customer service email is [email protected] There are many videos I found now by people proving it’s a scam. I tried attaching but couldn’t. So I took a screenshot. I guess I have to google every online store from now on :(
