I bought the product via an ad on Instagram using PayPal. I received a fake, it was something that was preprinted with blood foot prints, rather than what was advertised -- a plain white bath mat that once stepped on with wet feet, then turns red where the person steps. I attempted to contact the company via the only means to reach them which was the email address I provided. There is no listed number for this company. Initially they replied saying they would help me, but it was clearly a canned auto-reply because once I tried to tell them what happened I never heard from them again, even though I tried repeatedly sending several follow up emails. Major scammers! I'm just glad I didn't spend more than I did! I've learned my lesson, I'll never buy on social media again without researching the company first.
