My air conditioner system quit working. I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield, who sent Frostys out to my house to fix it. Frostys came out and ONLY replaced the thermostat. The thermostat was NOT the only problem as the ac system still does not properly work as it shuts of on its own and it changes the temperature on its own. Frostys is now lying to my warranty company that they replaced my thermostat and that was all that was required. Frostys is also stating The reason the ac is not properly working is because its not connected to wifi. Warranty company states the wifi is NOT covered. Frostys now is demanding I pay 120 to connect this to the wifi like they should have done originally. These people are lazy and a rip-off.
