These 2 guys came to our house selling Frontier internet and YouTube TV. I was interested and got their card. I did give my name and phone number but did not sign up for anything. An hour later I received a text thanking you for signing up. Then another text stating they will be out to install Wednesday April 23rd. I called the phone number in the txt and I got a generic voicemail. Finally got a hold of an automated voice but business hours were closed. Call back tomorrow. Then I saw a suspicious car parked along my yard. I went out and took a picture of his car and plate. The window came down and it was one of the salesman. I told him I’m calling the police and report it, which I did. He sped out of the neighborhood. Now this could be a shady salesman trying to get his numbers up. In which case, Frontier should have people we can talk to, to make this complaint. Or at the least, an automated option. So terrible company if real. Otherwise maybe a scam. It didn’t like putting this in the scam box, but you never know
