As a HUD-certified Housing Counselor, I was asked by one of my clients to check out this organization. They were asking for personal information and telling her they could help her get a lower monthly payment. She had a bad feeling about it. They claim to offer housing counseling services but ARE NOT HUD CERTIFIED. It appears they collect a fee based on time spent with the client. The representative called me ack multiple time insisting that we get the clients loan servicer on the phone. This is a scam. The website looks like it was made by AI and most of the links don't work. If you are looking for Housing Counseling Services, please make sure they are HUD Certified! You should not have to pay for loss mitigation counseling!
