Advertised a Jack Russell puppy free, except $100 fee to transfer papers. Then there was a charge fir a special crate to ship, then pet insurance& finally city permit for pet. Delays all the time unless more money was sent. They wanted Amazon gift cards. Even sent an email later stating it was a scam.
