DO NOT do business with this con artist. He will buy things from merchant's websites and then file fraud disputes attempting to steal from you. He will purposely ignore every single letter you send this thief. He will wait a week so that he thinks you shipped the item out, then he will contact his credit card company accusing you of stealing his credit card information. He deliberately tries to buy multiple items and will purposely ignore what is states in a company's policies.

This hodge thinks he so smart by starting his fraud by trying to hide behind a VPN to make it seem that it was someone else that stole his credit card information to make it look like what his claim was. The [censored] [censored] will try to have the stolen merchandise to his own house which was linked directly to this [censored]. Take the [censored] directly to court because he thinks he can ignore every letter and phone call and it would simply go away!
