Fraynyc Online Scam

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FRAYNYC IT’S A SCAM. I paid $47.03 for two items on July 10 and never received my merchandise. The tracking number SF6043398924633 they have on my order was bogus and wasn't a USPS tracking number. When emailing the company [email protected] their response blamed the distribution. However, they are responsible if the customer doesn't receive their Merchandise. Fraynyc took my money and now I’m having a hard time getting a refund.

Website explains return policy that anything can be returned. DOES NOT state buyer is responsible even when Seller is at fault for sending wrong sizes that are explicitly stated on social media and website. Size S is really an XL in on apparel but XS in another. Measurements are indicated but are not the size of clothing sent. Buyer is then asked to take a 36$ return fee from a 120$ transaction so not to impose the 30-59$ cost to send back to HONG KONG. Never does it state it is coming from HONG KONG. Complete scam to make money on fake clothes. For example, Website shows beautiful model in clothes, but when clothes arrive they are hospital gown garment not really a dress. DID not have a chance to take picture of crap sent before sending it back.

Fray NYC is based in Hong Kong but targets Americans by adding “nyc” to make them sound local. They have a beautiful website which makes them seem creditable, but the clothes they deliver are not the same as the images and low quality. If you try to return them they don’t give full refunds and if you cancel your order they tell you they have to keep 30% of the money. They run you around in circles of emails that they only send one a day so it takes forever to get anywhere. They say the 30 % is their merchants transaction fee but I looked it up and it’s more like 3 %. When I questioned them and showed proof of the fee being less than 3% they refuse to acknowledge it and will not give me my money back. So many people have had issues with them- I haven’t seen one good review and everyone is getting money taken. Please take them down. I’ve been trying to report them every way I can.. so far we have emailed over 20 times..
