I had the same experience with this company... Also love this lie they post on their website...
"Should you change your mind about your membership, please contact [email protected]. You are entitled to a refund upon request without a prepayment penalty at any time. Just send us an email and well get back within 48 hours!"

I was scammed into paying for document preparation and is taking 39 dollars a month from my bank account as "payment toward my student loan” but in fact was for their "services". I was told these payments towards my student loans. When I got in contact, they switched the whole story saying I signed an agreement and was aware of their services. I contacted the Loan Servicer and no payments were made towards my loans.

Did it show up that your loan ways paid & taken off your credit, because mine did. I've been paying $39 a month nothing is showing that I'm paying on the so called new loan
